Genetic and Wellness Assessment

Family history, in the context of one’s personal history, is one of the best tools for understanding disease risk factors. At NorthShore, we can take this a step further by using information obtained through genetic testing that is based on national guidelines to further understand one’s risk of developing certain diseases. Through completing this assessment, you can learn about potential genetic health risks. If a potential risk is identified, NorthShore can refer you to an expert through our Center for Personalized Medicine.
