About NorthShoreConnect
NorthShoreConnect is a patient portal that allows you to conveniently communicate with your care team, schedule in-person or virtual visits, access your medical records, pay your bill and much more.
To conveniently access NorthShoreConnect on your phone or tablet, we recommend downloading the mobile app from the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Downloading the mobile app from the Apple Store
If you are using an iPhone or iPad:
- Visit the Apple Store on your device.
- Follow the link above or search for NorthShoreConnect.
- Tap the Get button.
- After the app download is complete, open the app.
- Log in to your current account or register a new account.
Downloading the mobile app from Google Play
If you are using an Android phone or tablet:
- Visit Google Play.
- Follow the link above or search NorthShoreConnect.
- Tap the Install button.
- After the app download is complete, open the app.
- Log in to your current account or register a new account.
You can access NorthShoreConnect from any device using a web browser of your choice.
- Visit NorthShoreConnect.org.
- Log in to your current account or register a new account.
If you experience issues with your biometrics, please remove all stored devices from the NorthShoreConnect mobile app and then reset your biometrics using the directions below.
- Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
- Select Account Settings from the menu.
- Select Account Settings again.
- Select Remove All Devices.
You can print a webpage from the NorthShoreConnect.org just as you would any other:
- On Windows: Press Control + P.
- On Mac: Press Command + P.
- Follow the instructions on the dialogue window that opens.
Note: Mozilla Firefox may not print webpages as anticipated. We recommend using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when printing.
To ensure the best patient experience when using the patient portal, NorthShoreConnect requires the following:

Note: Microsoft has ceased active support of ALL versions of Internet Explorer. It is strongly encouraged to upgrade to the Microsoft Edge Browser.
