Scheduling and managing appointments

You can conveniently schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments on NorthShoreConnect. Supported appointment types include primary care, specialty care, immediate care, virtual and hospital service appointments.

Most primary care, specialty care and other services can be scheduled directly from NorthShoreConnect.

Mobile app

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Choose In-Person Care.
  3. Select the category for the type of care you need to schedule.

Web browser

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select Appointments and Visit Summaries.
  3. Select Schedule an Appointment.
  4. Select the category for the type of care you need to schedule.

Mobile app

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select Virtual Visit.
  3. Select the category for the type of care you need to schedule.

Web browser

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select Appointments and Visit Summaries.
  3. Select Schedule an Appointment.
  4. Select the category for the type of care you need to schedule.
  5. Choose the virtual option when available.

Mobile app

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select In-Person Care.
  3. Select Get Immediate Care.
  4. Select the location and time convenient for you.
  5. Confirm your appointment.

Web browser

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Open the menu.
  3. Select Find Care.
  4. Select Immediate Care.
  5. Select the location and time convenient for you.
  6. Confirm your appointment.

Most upcoming appointments can be canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time in NorthShoreConnect. If you need to cancel closer to the appointment time, please call the office.

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select Appointments and Visit Summaries.
  3. Select the appointment you need to cancel.
  4. Select Reschedule or Cancel.
  5. Select Cancel.
  6. Select Cancel Appointment.

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select Appointments and Visit Summaries.
  3. Select the appointment you need to cancel.
  4. Select Reschedule or Cancel.
  5. Select Reschedule.
  6. Choose a new appointment date and time.
  7. Confirm the new appointment

For a scheduled appointment, you can find the address in your Future Appointments list.

  1. Log in to your NorthShoreConnect account.
  2. Select Appointments and Visit Summaries.
  3. Select the appropriate appointment.
  4. You will see the address and option to be directed to the map directions.
