Update to NorthShoreConnect Mobile App

An important update will launch in June to enhance user’s healthcare access and streamline the experience on both the NorthShoreConnect website and mobile app.

The NorthShoreConnect app will receive a refresh to its design and user interface.

Patients will see an update to their NorthshoreConnect mobile app. Those with automatic updates will not need to do anything. If you update your apps manually, you will be prompted to update the app on the log-in page. You will not be able to log in to the NorthShoreConnect mobile app until the update is completed.

You will need to update the app and then you can log in as usual. You can also access your account via the website at northshoreconnect.org

Yes – you can continue to log in to the mobile app as you have previously with your username, password, or face ID. The login will be seamless for users.

Users will experience no loss in MyChart functionality. The homepage will look different when you log in, but all functionality and information will still be available.

To conveniently access NorthShoreConnect on your phone or tablet, download the mobile app from the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

The refreshed version of NorthShoreConnect will be live on June 26, 2025.
